These terms cover this website — an early-access waitlist for Tsukimi, operated by Northwood AI. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
Tsukimi is a reflection ritual. It is not therapy, diagnosis, treatment, medical advice, or crisis care. It does not predict events and gives no horoscopes. If you are in distress or crisis, please use the resources on our support page.
Early access is for adults 18 and over. Please do not join if you are younger.
Joining the waitlist reserves nothing and guarantees nothing: no launch date, no access, no feature and no price. Any pricing mentioned is indicative and may change or not happen at all. We may stop this project entirely — in which case we will tell the waitlist and delete the list.
Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or submit addresses that are not yours.
The site is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Northwood AI is not liable for any loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
